4 kiwi
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Peel kiwi. Cut into cubes and place in a blender. Add sugar and lemon juice.
Whirl, using on-and-off motion, until mixture is smooth. Taste and add more sugar, if needed.
Serve right away as a sauce over light Angel Cake.
